Request for  asylum

The request for asylum has as an aim of protection and to save people against persecutions of their country. Those which have a justified reason and are persecuted for reasons of religion, nationality, race, political opinions, or have membership in a social group can make a request for asylum in Canada.

The dispute of a decision

Any person who deposited a request for immigration of permanent residence, of sponsorship, or a request for asylum has the right to contest a refusal concerning a visa of  Canada. We will be able to represent you or help you to prepare your arguments to contest this refusal at the adequate administrative court or the federal court of Canada.
