Request for  asylum

The request for asylum has as an aim of protection and to save people against persecutions of their country. Those which have a justified reason and are persecuted for reasons of religion, nationality, race, political opinions, or have membership in a social group can make a request for asylum in Canada.

The dispute of a decision

Any person who deposited a request for immigration of permanent residence, of sponsorship, or a request for asylum has the right to contest a refusal concerning a visa of  Canada.
